Warranty

The manufacturer guarantees that our products are scrupulously checked against defects in materials, workmanship, aesthetics, and functioning problems. In case you find a defect in one of our products, you should immediately contact our service center listed below.

 

SAT Imports LLC guarantees a 3-Year Warranty, which is covered from three years after the original purchase date of the original owner. Within the three-year period, our warranty guarantees free parts and labor for defects which have been found during use. The customer must provide evidence they are the original owner and proof of the purchase date with a receipt or other valid proof. In the event of a defect which is covered by this guarantee is not repairable, the manufacturer will provide a free substitution of the product with the same comparable quality model.

 

The manufacturer and/or its local official distributors(s) assume no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the product, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, use of defective, improper, hand-loaded, or remanufactured ammunition, resale, customer abuse or neglect of the product, or other influences beyond the disassembly instructions in the user’s manual, and manufacturer’s direct and immediate control. The warranty does not apply to normal wear of any parts, including metal, wood (stock and forend), grips, plastic, rubber, metal finish (with respect to finish, matching of pieces, dents, scratches, cuts, dings, etc., which are or should be apparent to the purchaser when the product is purchased), or if unauthorized repair and/or alteration have been performed. In the above cases the repair, if completed, will be charged to the customer.

 

THE MANUFACTURER RESERVES THE RIGHT OF DEFINING THE TYPE OF DEFECT OF THE FIREARM AND THEREFORE TO STATE WHETHER THE DEFECT IS COVERED BY GUARANTEE.

 

The manufacturer’s decision will be fair but final. Should the manufacturer become aware of a defect of a product during the guarantee period, the defective part will be replaced free of charge.

 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • When shipping firearms to our warranty center, the following information MUST be included with your package:

  • Your full name.

  • Daytime telephone number.

  • Serial number of your shotgun

  • Return Address.

  • A Brief description of the problem

  • Evidence of original ownership and proof of the purchase date with a receipt or other valid proof.

 

  • Your firearm must be shipped through UPS or FedEx prepaid and insured. Adult signature required. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Package the shotgun well and with enough packing material to prevent damage in transit. Any damages due to improper packaging will not be covered by warranty repair. We reserve the right to reject a shipment due to improper packaging and/or visible damage to the box and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Be sure the chamber is unloaded. Do not include ammunition, locks, or accessories. Unless instructed otherwise, the firearm must be shipped in its entirety. Warranty work cannot proceed until all parts are present. Typical repair times are 3 – 4 weeks from the day you ship it out. If you would like the tracking number of your returning shotgun, please make sure to include that information and our gunsmith will give you a call with the tracking number.
